By using our website, services, or applications, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and assume full responsibility for your participation in the TipSats ecosystem.

All information, data, and materials provided by TipSats are for informational and operational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial planning or management, or legal or tax guidance. 2. Bitcoin & Digital Asset Risk
Participation in Bitcoin transactions involves substantial risk. By using TipSats, you expressly acknowledge that Bitcoin prices are volatile and may fluctuate dramatically. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded. Blockchain networks can experience congestion, delays, or forks, which may impact transaction timing or confirmation. Wallets, exchanges, and custodians (including third-party partners such as OpenNode or BitGo) carry operational and security risks outside TipSats’ control. You may experience loss of funds, access, or data due to forgotten passwords, lost private keys, or technical failures. You agree that you understand these risks and are voluntarily participating.

3. No Custody of Funds
TipSats does not hold or control user funds. All Bitcoin transactions and wallet activities are processed through third-party providers under their respective terms and compliance policies. TipSats does not provide banking, custody, or escrow services.

4. Taxes & Reporting
Users are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations related to Bitcoin tips, earnings, or transfers. TipSats does not issue tax forms, provide accounting services, or determine your tax liability. Consult a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.

5. No Guarantee of Earnings or Results
TipSats does not promise or guarantee any particular volume of tips, income, or participation, business outcomes or promotional exposure, or value retention of any Bitcoin held, sent, or received. All results depend on individual performance, audience participation, and market conditions.

6. Platform Availability & Performance
While we strive for uninterrupted service, TipSats makes no guarantee that the Platform will remain continuously operational or error-free. Downtime, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions may occur at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability or system errors.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AleBuca Global Connect, LLC, its officers, affiliates, and agents disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of the TipSats Platform, Bitcoin price changes, lost access credentials or wallet information, third-party service failures, or technical errors beyond our control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with TipSats is to discontinue use of the Platform.
